Day 1: Arrival in Seoul

Arrive in Seoul at Incheon International Airport and get ready for an exciting journey ahead! After being picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel, you’ll have time to settle in and relax. In the evening, enjoy the first taste of Korean cuisine with a vegan-friendly dinner at a local restaurant. 

Day 2: Exploring Korea’s History & Culture
This is one of the most unforgettable days! The morning starts with a history and food tour of Seoul, where you’ll visit some of the city’s most iconic spots, including Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insadong. In the afternoon, dive into Korean culture with a hands-on vegan kimchi-making class. Afterward, enjoy a vegan lunch nearby before heading up to N Seoul Tower for panoramic views of the city. Finish the day with a delicious vegan dinner before heading back to the hotel.

Day 3: DMZ Tour & Hongdae Street
Start the day early and go on a half-day tour of the DMZ, where you’ll learn about the history and tensions between North and South Korea while admiring the unique landscape along the border. After returning to Seoul, enjoy lunch at a vegan restaurant before exploring Hongdae, one of Seoul’s trendiest neighborhoods. In the evening, you’ll enjoy some free time on your own. 

Day 4: Travel to Busan
After breakfast, board the KTX bullet train for a high-speed journey to Busan, South Korea’s coastal gem. Upon arrival, head to a local vegan restaurant for lunch before setting out to explore the colorful and artistic Gamcheon Culture Village, a hillside neighborhood filled with murals and sculptures. Later, take a scenic cable car ride over Songdo Beach to soak in the coastal views. In the evening, explore BIFF Square and local markets before enjoying a traditional Korean vegan dinner. 

Day 5: Exploring Busan
Another unforgettable day awaits! In the morning, visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, an awe-inspiring Buddhist temple located on the rocky shoreline. Afterward, have the unique opportunity to visit a local farmer’s house for lunch. In the afternoon, take a scenic ride on the Haeundae Blue Line Park Sky Capsule and enjoy time at Haeundae Beach. Wrap up the day with a sunset yacht tour at Gwangalli, followed by a relaxing dinner back in the city. There is an optional Korean Spa Experience available after dinner. 

Day 6: Busan to Haeinsa Temple Stay
It’s time to leave Busan and head to Haeinsa Temple, one of the most famous Buddhist temples in Korea. Upon arrival,  enjoy a peaceful vegan lunch at the temple. The afternoon will be spent participating in temple activities, including meditation, a tea ceremony, and 108 bows. Dinner will be another traditional and simple temple meal, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the temple stay. Spend the night at the temple, a truly unique and calming experience.

Day 7: Travel to Gyeongju
After leaving Haeinsa, make your way to Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the Silla Dynasty. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious vegan lunch, featuring local Gyeongju specialties. In the afternoon, visit two UNESCO World Heritage sites: Seokguram Grotto and Bulguksa Temple. After, head to Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, where you can watch the sunset. Dinner will be at a vegan restaurant, and you’ll spend the night in Gyeongju.

Day 8: Return to Seoul
In the morning, catch the KTX back to Seoul and, upon arrival, enjoy lunch near COEX Mall, one of the largest underground shopping malls in Asia. After lunch, explore Gangnam and visit the impressive Starfield Library inside the mall. In the evening, experience the vibrant street food scene at Gwangjang Market, where you can try vegan-friendly snacks and shop for souvenirs. Have dinner before returning to the hotel for your final night in Seoul.

Day 9: Departure from Seoul
