Welcome to Dubai! Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport you will be met by your Sky Vacations ambassador who will assist you with your private transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Dubai City Tour
After breakfast at your hotel, you will proceed to a city tour of Dubai focusing on architecture and design. Drive down towards the Bastakia area – the oldest part of the city to see the Wind Towers which served as air-conditioners in bygone days. The narrow lanes of Dubai’s Bastakiya district are home to art galleries, breezy cafes and authentic Arabic restaurants.
Next visit will be the Dubai Museum housed in the 150-years old Al Fahidi Fort. In the Museum, we will see interesting artefacts, which throw light on Dubai’s historical links with trading and the pearl diving. Guests will then enjoy a ride across the famed Dubai creek in a local water taxi which is called “Abra” to see the bustling activities on the waterfront and move on to the Deira side of Dubai. Visit Dubai Design District that has been developed through careful consultation with the design community to provide a creative ecosystem that surpasses the expectations of a typical creative neighbourhood. D3 forges the inspiring, authentic, and relevant ideas shaping Dubai’s future as a leading destination of design, art, and culture. It has its own beating heart, its own spirit and its own very personal style. D3 is home to the region’s growing community of creative thinkers. It is being built as part of the Dubai Plan 2021 using the Smart City principles which offer digital connectivity to create an innovation-led economy.
This evening, enjoy some shopping therapy with a visit to the Dubai Mall followed by a visit to the world famous Burj Khalifa Observation Deck located on the 124th floor of the tallest building in the world.

Offering spectacular panoramic views across the city, Dubai Frame celebrates the story of Dubai from its early establishment to its ambitious plans for future development. Drive towards the Burj Al Arab (outside visit only), the luxury hotel built on a manmade island, where you will pause for photographs. Driving by the Dubai marina your journey will then continue to the Palm Island to appreciate one of our modern era’s most remarkable feats of engineering. Each settlement is in the shape of a palm tree, topped with a crescent, and has a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment centres. This after our suggested lunch stop is at Atlantis the Palm.
This evening we proceed to Abu Dhabi starting with a photo stop at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Continue to visit the breath-taking Sheikh Zayed Mosque that is the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates.
