Day 1 – Arrive Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, where you’ll be met and privately transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or begin exploring China’s captivating capital at your own pace.

Day 2 – Imperial Beijing & the Great Wall 
Discover the grandeur of imperial China with a guided tour of the magnificent Forbidden City, once home to generations of emperors. Continue to the less-crowded Juyongguan Pass for an unforgettable walk along the Great Wall of China, where sweeping mountain vistas showcase one of the world’s greatest engineering achievements.

Day 3 – Beijing’s Cultural Treasures 
Visit the Temple of Heaven, where Ming and Qing emperors prayed for prosperous harvests, followed by the exquisite Summer Palace, renowned for its tranquil lakes, elegant pavilions, and beautifully landscaped gardens. This evening, savor an authentic Peking Duck dinner, one of China’s most celebrated culinary traditions.

Day 4 – Fly to Yichang & Embark Your Yangtze Cruise 
Fly to Yichang and transfer by motor coach to the Three Gorges Cruise Terminal in Maoping (a suburb of Yichang) to board your elegant Victoria Cruises ship. Settle into your stateroom and enjoy a welcome buffet dinner as your Yangtze River journey begins.

Day 5 – Three Gorges Dam & Xiling Gorge 
Visit the remarkable Three Gorges Dam, the world’s largest hydroelectric power project, before sailing through the dramatic Xiling Gorge, the longest and deepest of the famed Three Gorges. Towering cliffs, mist-covered peaks, and spectacular scenery provide an unforgettable introduction to the Yangtze.

Day 6 – Shennong Stream, Wu Gorge & Qutang Gorge
Transfer to a smaller vessel for a scenic excursion along the pristine Shennong Stream (or Goddess Stream, depending on river conditions), where emerald waters wind through narrow gorges lined with soaring limestone cliffs. Continue cruising through the serene beauty of Wu Gorge before entering the dramatic Qutang Gorge, the shortest yet most breathtaking of the Three Gorges.

Day 7 – Cultural Discovery Along the Yangtze
