Day 1 – Arrival in Dublin

Upon arrival to Dublin, your Sky Vacations ambassador will meet you in the arrivals hall and transfer you to your hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day to discover Dublin with your Hop-on-Hop-Off Sightseeing tour that includes the best of Dublin and a stop at the Guinness Store House. 

Day 2 – Travel to Kilkenny

After breakfast, pick up your car in downtown Dublin and head south to the town of Kilkenny. Enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery along the way and walk the halls of Kilkenny Castle to learn its 800 years of history. 

Day 3 – Kilkenny to Cork

Today, you’ll drive to Cork, making a stop in the seafront town of Waterford, famous for its Waterford Crystal factory. Continue to Cork, with a stop in the village of Cobh, which was the last port of call for the Titanic. Also learn about Annie Moore of Cobh, the first person to come to the United State through Ellis Island. Your last stop will be in the village of Kinsale.

Day 4 – Explore Cork

Discover the fishing village of Kinsale. Known as the foodie capital of Ireland, there are treats and sweets to be found everywhere, including traditional honey mead, all of which you’ll experience on your pre-booked food tour. Also visit Charles Fort, a star shaped fortress built in the 1600’s. 

Day 5 – Cork to Killarney

Leaving Cork, you’ll head to County Kerry, known to locals as “The Kingdom.” You’ll pass Killarney on to the port town of Dingle, which has become famous thanks to the Star Wars movies. You’ll see plenty of breathtaking views before heading to Killarney for the next two nights. 

Day 6 – Explore Killarney

Experience the world-famous Ring of Kerry as you drive the 111-mile circular road around the peninsula, with a visit to the Killarney National Park and Muckross House. 

Day 7 – Killarney to Clare

As you say goodbye to Killarney, you’re off to see more amazing scenery while heading to Clare. Make a stop in charming Adare in County Limerick, before continuing to the Cliffs of Moher. Make the most of your time in this beautiful place and enjoy spending a night in a castle! 

Day 8 – Departure from Shannon

Time to say “Slan” to Ireland. Take a short drive to Shannon Airport to drop off your car before your onward journey.
